Randau #DigitalSarawak di Kabong, 26 Julai 2022

Kerajaan Sarawak merancang dan berusaha untuk meningkatkan capaian internet di seluruh pelosok Sarawak, khususnya di luar bandar.

Ini bertujuan memudahkan masyarakat menggunakan perkhidmatan dalam talian untuk mendapatkan keperluan hidup seperti makanan, perkhidmatan pendidikan termasuklah memanfaatkan peluang untuk berniaga dalam talian.

Untuk itu beberapa prgram kesedaran dan penggalakkan telah dilaksanakan dan salah satu daripadanya ialah Randau #Digital Sarawak pada 26 Julai 2022 di Kabong.

Pensyarah Kanan Fakulti Pengurusan Maklumat, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Samarahan Encik Sharin bin Sulaiman
telah berkongsi tentang konsep asas internet dengan penduduk kampung semasa Randau Digital di Kampung Nyabor, Kabong

Program tersebut yang dianjurkan Unit Pemodenan Perkhidmatan Negeri (UPPN), Jabatan Premier Sarawak dengan kerjasama Pejabat Residen Bahagian Betong dan disertai oleh beberapa agensi dan organisasi yang menawarkan perkhidmatan dalam talian selain turut disertai institusi pengajian tinggi dan institusi kewangan.
