Kunjungan ke bandar Kapit terasa seperti tidak lengkap jika pengunjung tidak merasai roti canai goreng.

Puan Nurbaizura binti Abdullah merupakan salah seorang daripada pengusaha roti canai goreng generasi keempat yang mewarisi perniagaan keluarga daripada nenek beliau yang kini telah meninggal dunia.

Beliau memulakan aktiviti perniagaan harian seawal pukul 4 pagi untuk menyediakan bahan jualan dan bertolak selepas subuh ke Gelanggang Kenyalang, iaitu pusat makanan dan peniaga-peniaga kecil yang terletak di bandar Kapit.

Roti canai goreng enak dinikmati bersama kari ayam dan sambal

Di situlah satu-satunya gerai di mana beliau menjual roti canai goreng sambil dibantu oleh dua orang anak beliau dan seorang pembantu.

Menurut Puan Nurbaizura, perniagaan roti canai goreng yang beliau usahakan turut mendapat bantuan daripada Jabatan Pertanian Sarawak.

Bantuan yang diterima adalah dalam bentuk peralatan seperti mesin pengadun tepung dan peti sejuk.
