Tingkatan Kemahiran Mengembangkan Kebolehupayaan

Program peningkatan kemahiran memberi peluang pembelajaran secara berterusan dengan menyediakan program latihan dan pembangunan yang dapat membantu mengembangkan kebolehupayaan pekerja serta mengurangkan jurang kemahiran.

SDEC dengan kerjasama pelbagai pihak bawah ekosistem Sarawak Digital dan Inovasi, menyediakan peluang kepada usahawan tempatan mempelajari kemahiran digital yang merangkumi pelbagai bidang seperti pemasaran, pengurusan kewangan, pengurusan inventori, dokumentasi dan lain-lain.

Cara pengendalian inisiatif ini melibatkan latihan kemahiran, mewujudkan peluang rangkaian perniagaan, pemberian insentif kewangan, alatan atau pengiklanan, pengurusan akaun-akaun media sosial dan sebagainya.

Usahawan juga didedahkan dengan pelbagai platform perniagaan digital yang boleh membantu mempromosikan perniagaan ke pasaran yang lebih besar seperti platform media sosial, e-dagang, laman Google dan laman sesawang utama untuk menggalakkan usahawan menggunakan solusi digital dalam perniagaan mereka.
